What will I learn?
(English) PFI Introduction to freediving is an experience program that will cover the basics of freediving to give students a better idea on what it is like to freedive. Topics and skills covered in the course includes:
- Basic breathing techniques and breath-hold development
- Equipment overview and usage
- Basic technique and streamlining development for efficiency
- Protocols for safety and problem management in freediving

The low down
(English) Course prerequisites:
- Minimum 18 years of age or 16 years with parental consent
- Comfortable in the water
Certifying Criteria
- As this is just an experience program, there are no skill or knowledge requirements. As such, no certification will be issued upon completion of the session
